This page explains how paid products, licences and refunds are intended to work for iDSLab software, operated by Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. Payments are not yet active on this site.
This is a pre-launch website. It does not currently process payments, subscriptions or licences. Any prices, trial periods or purchase buttons shown are product positioning, not an active checkout.
When paid services go live, the applicable paid services, licences, subscriptions and refunds will be governed by the final commercial terms presented to you at the point of purchase. Those terms will take precedence over the general description on this page.
Where the site mentions a trial or download, the availability and length of any trial may depend on the specific product, its release status, the platform, the licence and any pilot programme. Trial terms will be confirmed at the point they are actually offered.
For future digital purchases, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For instant digital downloads this right can end once delivery has begun with your express consent, which you would give at checkout. The exact conditions, together with any money-back guarantee, will be stated in the commercial terms at purchase.
